Cancellation Policy
At Chatsworth House Dental Clinic we strive to provide the highest quality care and service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy from 01st January 2025:
Appointment Cancellations
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a Short Notice Cancellation fee* and any deposit on file may be retained.
Missed Appointments
• If you miss an appointment without providing prior notice, a Failure To Attend fee* will be charged and any deposit on file will be retained.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in removal from our patient list.
Rescheduling Appointments
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance or manage your appointment via the patient portal. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Emergency Cancellations
• We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency or illness, please inform us as soon as possible. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.

*Fees will be charged at a rate of £1 per minute of appointment time, e.g. 30 minutes at £30 or 60 minutes at £60. Therefore, the charge applied to your account will depend on the length of your appointment.
